Luana's background includes eight years’ experience in New York and Los Angeles, where she gained an appreciation for design and extensive buying experience. A Las Vegas resident for 17 years, she works seven days a week and likes it that way! “When you’re doing what you enjoy doing, it’s not work,” explains Murphy. “I’m so proud that the staff and I have created one of Las Vegas’ most unusual, beautiful stores. The staff works so hard, but we all work well together and have fun. That pride and excitement transfers to the delivery of great customer service.”

Despite changes throughout the company’s history, it would be more accurate to note that the company has evolved throughout its history. The evolution is not, and will not ever be, complete. The reason is simple: Customers continue to help define what the Gallery should be. Murphy holds a conviction that the store exists for the enjoyment of the community, customers and the store’s employees. LG Gallery is a store for local residents. The team of 11 employees strives to listen to and respond to customers’ comments and needs. Frequent customers are known by name and appreciate that even after 12 years of evolution, the new store still holds the flavor of the original one.

The staff is especially proud of its commitment to community involvement. The two largest recipients of their efforts are the Nevada Ballet and The Andre Agassi Charitable Foundation®.
