While delivery times do vary with each manufacturer, if items are not in stock,
please allow six to eight weeks delivery time on most furniture, linen, and
china orders, You will be notified at the time of your order.

STOCK
If the item (s) you have ordered are in
stock, they will be shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
If your item (s) is not in stock, we will notify you of expected delivery
times and email you with the information. You will not be charged until your
order has shipped.
All returns are accepted within 30
days of delivery. You will be given a full refund, or store credit, whichever
you prefer. Special orders require a 50% deposit, and may not qualify for the
return policy. Furniture ordered with C.O.M. is not returnable.

Order cancellation
You may
cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is
"shipped," it cannot be canceled.

make every effort to fill your order in a timely manner. When your order is
received, you will be sent a confirmation. When we ship your order, you will be
sent the tracking number. If some unforeseen delay occurs, you will be notified
and given a cancellation option.
Sales Tax: Only Texas residents will be taxed.
